Message	fill the tank. Sometimes the pump falsely senses it's full and shuts off. Maybe you didn't run out of gas, something else happened. You said it typically takes 12 to 13 gallons when the tank is on "E", so this last one is my guess: your car does not have a 19 gallon tank. ... What car is it?
